Payment options: iDeal, VISA, Mastercard, Bancontact Mr. Cash, Sofort Uberweisung and Giropay. Depending on the option of your choice you may be required to pay a fee.

Payment must be completed within 24 hours or else reservations will automatically be cancelled.

You can order up to a maximum of 20 tickets online. In case you wish to book more than 20 tickets orders must be put through by telephone.

The discount codes are send by Email in October. Are you a member of the KFPS and you have not received the code, you can find your personal discount code in MY KFPS (member discounts) or contact the customer service.
The 25% member discount is valid until 6th of January 2025 for a maximum of 2 tickets per day at the Stallion Show and 2 tickets Royal Friesian Live show, to a maximum of 10 tickets in total. Not valid for VIP-tickets.

Translation sets can be applied through the ticketservice. The translation sets are available for the Stallion Show and the Royal Friesian Live show.

Those attending the show will be able to follow the jury’s commentary in the English, German, Spanish or French language via a headset. Seize this chance to learn even more about the Friesian horse!

We have a limited number of headsets, so don’t be too late! A headset costs for Thursday and Friday € 27,50 and for Saturday € 37,50 a day.

When you pick up a headset at the secretariat you will be asked to also pay a deposit of € 50,- per headset. After returning the headsets your deposit will be refunded. We do ask you to return the headset every day because the headsets need to be recharged at night.

In case you have ordered E-tickets you will instantly receive the tickets by email.

In case you have ordered tickets by post you will receive the tickets at the chosen address no later than one month prior to the event.

The Royal Friesian Live show takes place at the WTC Expo in Leeuwarden. The address of WTC Expo is: Heliconweg 52, 8914 AT in Leeuwarden.

Thanks to its central location the WTC Expo is readily accessible via motorway network systems around Leeuwarden. The WTC Expo is well-connected in terms of public transport.

The WTC Expo is signposted by ANWB road signs from all directions near Leeuwarden. The main entrance for our events is Entree West of the WTC Expo which is accessible by following the road signs WTC Expo.

Due to the Cambuur Stadium next to the WTC Expo, we are partly forced to use locations elsewhere for parking. You will be informed about this in good time and in more detail.

The WTC Expo has a limited number of parking spaces for the disabled.

Entrance tickets can be purchased at the box office, only if still available. You are advised to buy your tickets online, as the Stallion Show and the Royal Friesian Live show is traditionally sold out at an early stage.

ROYAL FRIESIAN LIVE
The doors will open around 4.30 PM.
The program starts at 8.30 PM and will finish around 10.45 PM. There is a break during the show.

Stallion Show
At the Stallion Show, the doors will open one hour before the start of the program. The program can be found under this link. The actual program will be completed in due time.
